Question: I remember in previous I connect the ftp using the same ways using the filezilla and there is no problems with it...
But now I'm Having problem access using Filezilla.
This is an error message I get:

Please note that the latest version of Filezilla is trying to connect by default to our server through FTP over TLS which is causing issues.
As a work around you will need to either use a different FTP client version (use the Filezilla version 188.8.131.52 which is found to be working at the moment.)
